Ryan Hall Boston Prep

One of America's best marathoners, Ryan Hall, gives us a glimpse of a pre-Boston Marathon workout. The workout is one times 8 miles, 8 x 300 meter hills, one times 2 mile. It wasn't too long ago that Ryan was a top high school runner. Be sure to cheer him on as he tries to become the first American in decades to win the Boston Marathon.

Great post Joe. I can't wait to see Hall race on Monday. I guarantee he gets after it right from the gun, unlike what he did in Beijing. Same thing goes for Goucher. It'll be great having two Americans up front for much of the race, even if they don't win in the end.
