JUCO 800/1500 Workouts

Here are four workouts from a Junior College coach. Take what you will and forget the rest!

Workout #1
2 x 200m. with 200m. recovery.
6 to 8 x 400m. with 200m. recovery.
2 x 200m. with 110m. recovery.

Workout #2
2 x 200m. with 200m. recovery.
2 x 400m. with 200m. recovery.
4 to 6 x 600m. with 400m. recovery.
2 x 200m. with 100m. recovery.

Workout #3
2 x 200m. with 200m. recovery.
1 x 400m. with 200m. recovery.
4 x 800m. with 400m. recovery.
1 x 400m. with 200m. recovery.
2 x 200m. with 100m. recovery.

Workout #4
2 x 200m. with 200m. recovery.
1 x 400m. with 200m. recovery.
1 x 800m. with 400m. recovery.
1 x 1200m. with 600m. recovery.
1 x 400m. with 200m. recovery.
1 x 200m. with 100m. recovery.
