New Years Resolution

Take a moment and picture yourself twenty years down the road. You are sitting with a few running friends sharing stories of high school cross country and track. What memory is most exciting for you? What are you sharing that makes you feel good inside and keeps your friends attentive and inspired? What is it that you accomplished, that was so wonderful that you enjoy telling it to whomever will listen.

Whatever it is that makes you feel good to look back on, save it. Put it in your memory bank. Write it down. Think of it everyday. Do what you need to do to make it real, at this moment in time. Live it. Make it a reality, because you, and only you, can make it happen. It's now 2009. Make it your new years resolution!
