Schaumburg sophomore Colette Falsey placed ninth in the Illinois State Cross Country meet this year and helped her team to a thirteenth place finish. The Daily Herald wrote a nice article about Colette and how she went from cancer to All-State.
"This may be the hardest time in your life," said Colette as she reflected on her journey. "But you should keep fighting. Sometimes you may feel weak or scared, but you'll be strong again someday."
