Survey For Female Runners

Dyestat is featuring a survey for menstrual irregularities in high school cross country runners. The survey is a volunteer and confidentail study involving an online questionnaire. From that point a log is to be kept by each individual that requires around five minutes per month to maintain.

Any research for the betterment of our sport and especially, our bodies, is worth looking into. So if you are a female cross country runner take a look and consider participating.
