Big-10 (Push-Ups & Sit-Ups

The Big-10 is a great push-up and sit-up workout from RunningDVDs. The runner demonstrating the workout is Christian Smith who has a 800 meter personal record of 1:44.86! The DVD "Building A Better Runner: Building From The Ground Up" has an interview and Tempo Warm-up session with Christian.
