The Plank







Tired of traditional sit-ups and crunches. Try The Plank. It's a great way to build strength and endurance in both the abs and back, as well as the stabilizer muscles.

The Plank is a great core exercise. I've been using these exercises the past year and I've seen and felt more results then you get from the traditional crunches.
