Fluids, Fluids, Fluids

It's that time of year when just about every run is hot! Day after day the forecast is the same. You try so hard to get up early in the morning to avoid the burning sun and humidity, but it still wears you down. Wake up late, and your screwed. One way to help with the heat is to stay hydrated, in other words, drink plenty of fluids. By doing so you will avoid dehydration and heat exhaustion.

The best fluid to consume all day long is water. Drink plenty of it and often. It will keep you hydrated and in the bathroom. You can also use Gatorade to hydrate and as a replacement fluid. Either way, keep drinking and stay cool!
